Our meals are generous individual portions made from the finest quality meats and vegetables.  They are prepared in our inspected kitchen with no additives or preservatives. Please note vegetables may change according to season and freshness.

CHICKEN
1 Lemon Pepper Chicken - a 6 ounce chicken breast marinated and seasoned with a light lemony pepper, sitting beautifully on a generous portion of linguine tossed in a creamy dill sauce, with fresh baby carrots.  (Meal:  26 oz.)
2 Rock Cornish Hen - drizzled with an orange glaze: accompanied with lyonnaise mashed potatoes and a fresh vegetable.  (Meal:  31 oz.)
3 Oven Roasted Stuffed Chicken Breast  - stuffed with broccoli, onions, red peppers and cheeses.  Served with sweet corn and pudding.  (Meal:  23 oz.)
4 Hollywood Breast of Chicken Strips (our specialty) - the secret seasoning makes these strips irresistibly GOOD - served over rice pilaf with two fresh "vegetables of the day".  (Meal:  24 oz.)
5 Chicken Cordon Bleu- boneless chicken breast stuffed with ham and white cheese, then rolled in lightly seasoned bread crumbs and baked tender and juicy. Served with parsley potatoes and spinach with sauteed onions.  (Meal:  24 oz.)
6 Chicken Carbonari - Italian style slices of tender chicken breast smothered in a delightful carbonari sauce (a creamy white sauce with parmesan cheese and crispy matchsticks of salami) served over rotelli noodles with a fresh vegetable and cinnamon apple sauce.  (Meal:  26 oz.)
7 Moroccan Chicken - slices of chicken breast in a sweet tomato sauce simmered with a wonderful blend of herbs and special spices, served over rice seasoned with vanilla and raisins  - uniquely different and one of our favorites.  (Meal:  24 oz.)
8 Raspberry Glazed Chicken Breast  - served over herb rice with sweet corn and a fresh veggie.  (Meal:  20 oz.)
TURKEY
Roasted Turkey Breast
9 Our Traditional Thanksgiving - oven roasted turkey breast served over old fashioned corn bread stuffing smothered in our gravy, with mashed potatoes and basil baby peas.  (Meal:  24 oz.)
10 Mediterranian Turkey - slices of turkey breast layered with roasted zucchini topped with a fresh basil, onion and tomato florentine sauce; all served on a bed of flavorful Jasmine rice. A truly unique taste treat!  (Meal:  28 oz.)
BEEF
Oven Baked Meatloaf
11 Yankee Pot Roast - made with lean eye round, slow simmered in it's own juice until fork tender, served with oven roasted Idaho potatoes, baby carrots & sauteed onions - just like Granny made it.  (Meal:  19 oz.)
Boneless Center Cut Pork Chops
12 Oven Baked Meatloaf - a truly American tradition, we use a lean ground beef and add slivers of onion and tid-bits of green pepper, seasoned to perfection. Served with Idaho mashed potatoes and brown gravy and seasoned corn.  (Meal:  22 oz.)
13 Salisbury Steak -  seasoned and baked, then smothered in a yummy onion gravy and served with southwestern mashed potatoes and green beans.  (Meal:  22 oz.)
14 Beef Bourignon  - tender beef chunks served over egg noodles with mushrooms, tomatoes & onions in a burgundy wine sauce.  (Meal:  29 oz.)
