1/2 Turkey Breast (approximately 2 1/2 - 3 lbs.) all white meat turkey breast, oven roasted to a golden brown then removed from the bone and hand sliced for you, then simmered in homemade turkey gravy. Served with Delmonico potatoes (these are also oven baked), blended with onions, garlic, parsley and a crispy seasoned topping. The vegetable is our California trio: broccoli cuts, cauliflower and crinkle cut carrots drizzled with a butter glaze.
